Scaling of Exported Images

In version 5.0, whenever the user selects the Copy command in the Edit menu, the current image on the GMS screen is copied to Windows clipboard and a bitmap image.  In the Preferences dialog, the user can edit an image export "Scale Factor".  By default, the value is equal to 1.0.  However, if this value is change to 3.0 (for example) the bitmap image is generated as a size equal to 300% of the current screen size.  This same factor applies when the current screen image is exported to a BMP file using the File/Save command.  This makes it possible to generate extremely high resolution images for report preparation.
