New Stress Periods Dialog

The MODFLOW/MT3DMS Stress Periods Dialog has been redesigned to incorporate a spreadsheet-style interface.  Each stress period is now a single row in the spreadsheet.  The stress period properties such as length and number of time steps can now be copied quickly and easily to other stress periods using the spreadsheet interface.  The timeline at the top of the dialog indicates the distribution of stress periods and time steps and shows which stress period is selected in the spreadsheet.
