An existing TIN can be duplicated to make a new TIN by right-clicking on a tin in the Project Explorer and selecting the Duplicate TIN command. When the command is selected, a dialog appears prompting for the Z offset of the new TIN. The Z offset is used to displace the TIN above or below the TIN being duplicated.
