Parameters specified in this dialog include:
Anemometer Height: Specifies the height at which the wind data in the wind input file was recorded.
Rho_atm/Rho_water: Ratio of the density of the atmosphere to that of the water.
Latitude Throughout Grid: Once the current coordinate system has been defined, the user can specify to store cell-specific latitudes for each cell when the grid file gets saved. The other option is to take an average latitude throughout the grid and to store it for each cell in the grid file.
Continuity Equation: Specifying a linear equation signifies that M2D will not use finite-amplitude terms in the continuity equation. A non-linear equation will use finite-amplitude terms.
Momentum Equation: The user may specify to turn on advective and/or mixing terms for use with M2D’s internal calculations when running the model.
Wetting and Drying: M2D contains wetting and drying algorithms. If wetting and drying of cells is to be modeled, the user may turn on this option and specify a depth to indicate the point at which a cell becomes dry.
