The XY Series Editor is used to generate transient curves, such as flow vs. time. The options in the dialog include:
Import - Import a text file with the curve information.
Export - Export a text file with all of the xy series curves.
Spreadsheet - The curve information is entered here. The column headers explain the data that needs to be entered, such as Time (always in hours) vs. Flow. Right-click on the spreadsheet for more options.
Preview Window - Displays the curve. Right-click on the window for more options.
Some situations inside of SMS allow multiple curves to be generated. For these situations, the following options appear:
Curve Name - Edit the name of the selected curve.
Selected Curve - Select a curve. When you exit the dialog, the selected curve will be applied as the boundary condition.
New - Create a new curve.
Delete - Delete the selected curve.
