The Properties Window provides both information and opportunities to edit properties of WMS' entities.
The coordinate edit boxes, located on the right side of the WMS window, are used to edit the coordinates of a selected TIN vertex, feature point, or scatter point. Coordinates are changed by typing in new values and hitting the ENTER or TAB key.
